Boyd has developed and managed the construction of medical offices, general offices, flex-offices, retail stores, gas stations, and convenience stores. He also handled all aspects of related tenant improvement projects. He has developed and constructed over 200,000,000
square feet of projects, where he simultaneously manage 4 to 5 projects at time. He has directed all the pre-construction entitlement requirements with the cities; conducted preliminary site investigations; worked with architects and engineers; and directed all aspects of the bidding, subcontract selection, project construction, and project close out.
Curtiss has grown up working in and around construction most of his life. He has worked as an installer for various trades, and has a comprehensive understanding of how things work. Curtiss is competent and resourceful and has proven himself successful in leadership positions throughout his life, from a shift manager at the age of 15, to the Lead Superintendent for A.T. Meridian Construction. He has worked in both the residential and commercial building sectors with knowledge in vertical and horizontal phases. Curtiss excels in communication and resolving conflicts.
He has an Associates degree in Science from Chandler Gilbert Community College as well as a Bachelors degree from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Family and Human Development.
Curtiss enjoys anything outdoors, and spending time with his amazing wife and three kids.
I was born and raised in Mesa Arizona. I moved to Utah to attend Utah Valley University where I aspired to attain a construction management degree. Construction has always caught my interest. As I pursue a career in construction management I work hard and smart to attain the goals of the company. The goals of the company will always be a priority to me.
Grant is an experienced commercial real estate professional with development, asset management and commercial brokerage expertise.
He has worked for Arizona State University and Allegiant Entertainment as Director of Real Estate Development, as a Senior Asset Manager with JPMorgan Chase and Starwood Development, and in Commercial Brokerage with Grubb & Ellis and Commercial Properties, Inc.
Grant has a finance degree and an MBA from ASU.
With many years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Jeff has worked in the field and financial departments of commercial and residential development. He has managed hundreds of projects from entitlements to completion. His experience includes office, restaurant, warehouse, multifamily, and single family residential. He has been involved in everything from small tenant improvements to master planned communities.
Jeff has a degree in business management and will soon complete a masters degree in real estate development from Arizona State University. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. Jeff is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Arizona First.
Jeff has been married to his wife Amber for 23 years. They have four children, one son in law, and the cutest granddaughter in the world. In addition to spending time with his family, Jeff enjoys sports and traveling.
Brad is an Arizona native who grew up in a construction family. His dad built houses and is a concrete contractor. He, and all of his brothers, have worked in the family business doing concrete work. Brad grew up working with his hands and doing project, something that continues to this day. As a result, he has learned many skills and has experience in many trades.
Brad has a bachelors degree from ASU in Philosophy, and masters degrees in Counseling and Human Resources from Ottawa University. His work experience is wide ranging and includes, legal work, service management, digital content creation, substance abuse counseling, and building high end off road trailers.
In his free time he enjoys hiking, wakeboarding, photography and traveling.
